Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter with 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience, specializing in the identification, engagement, and placement of top-tier VP and SVP level talent. This role is responsible for managing the entire executive search lifecycle and partnering closely with senior leadership to execute effective talent acquisition strategies for mission-critical leadership roles. Lead and manage full-lifecycle executive search processes for VP and SVP level positions, both in the US and abroad, including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding readiness. Partner with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to develop position specifications and create targeted recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives. Build and maintain strong pipelines of executive-level candidates through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and leveraging industry relationships.
