Job Description

As an Account Manager II, you will be in a portfolio sales role, selling Forward Financing’s value proposition to existing Independent Sales Organization (ISO) brokers in your book of business with the goal of retaining and growing profitable revenue for our organization. Our ISO brokers connect us with the small businesses seeking working capital. You will learn the ins and outs of the small business financing sector, and what sets Forward Financing apart: reputation, transparency, speed, and most importantly, our people. The ideal candidate should possess a customer-focused mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships. They should be proactive, analytical, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to achieve monthly sales goals.
