Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Coordination (40%): Serve as primary contact for HR queries, coordinate payroll, manage recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records and HR system.
  • Governance and Knowledge Management (35%): Manage organizational documentation, provide admin support to boards, coordinate logistics for events and retreats.
  • Administrative Support (15%): Monitor general email, support CEO scheduling and expense management, arrange travel and accommodation.
  • London Office Management (10%): Oversee office operations, vendor relationships, facilities, health and safety compliance, and staff events.
