Responsibilities:
- Develop, direct, and administer sales and distribution strategies for nationwide, complex named accounts.
- Build strategic relationships and generate business through expert account management and planning, reporting to the Director of Key Accounts.
- Execute disciplined sales processes, adhering to defined methodology and closing deals in line with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Requires a B.S./B.A. degree and a minimum of 7 years of sales or account management experience with a proven strategic selling track record.
- Footwear or premium product sales experience is preferred.
- Must demonstrate exceptional client relationship skills, strategic account planning, and expert knowledge of financial metrics and retail policies.
Work Environment:
- This is a home-based, field-intensive role requiring approximately 70% overnight travel within the assigned territory.
- The position involves regular attendance at meetings, trade shows, and industry events, with the remaining time working from a home office.
- Success requires flexibility, independence, and comfort operating in a dynamic, travel-intensive setting.
