What you'll do:
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to shape and evolve customer Success Plans.
- Use deep knowledge of Unit4 Financials to identify adoption gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Analyze customer usage patterns to identify opportunities for value realization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years' experience in ERP consulting, support, or customer success with a focus on financial management.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Reporting.
- Ability to translate product capabilities into measurable business value.
