Job Purpose:
- As a Senior Performance & Optimisation Consultant, you will help customers improve business performance and value realisation.
- You'll work pre and post go live, combining SaaS expertise, process thinking, data insight, and AI experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run proactive performance reviews and customer health checks across implementation, transition, and live service.
- Analyse adoption and process data to recommend actionable improvements.
- Advise customers on using AI to automate work and boost productivity.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in business consulting, customer success, or SaaS/ERP consulting.
- Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills.
- Practical experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
