About the Role:
- Manage monthly payroll processing and statutory compliance for Indonesian regulations.
- Handle employee lifecycle documentation and maintain HRIS data accuracy.
- Support the People & Culture team during a 3–4 month maternity cover period.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience with PPh21, BPJS, and HRIS platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or Law; certification in payroll is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills for reconciliation and cost allocation reporting.
