HR Operations & Employee Support:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors.
- Facilitate semi-monthly payroll processing with PEO.
- Support benefits administration, tax, and compliance activities.
HRIS Management:
- Serve as primary administrator for BambooHR, Remote, Notion, and Sequoia One.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making and compliance.
- Implement system enhancements and audit HR data regularly.
What We're Looking For:
- 3-5 years of HR, people operations, or compliance-adjacent experience.
- Hands-on experience managing HRIS systems and understanding employment laws.
- Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
