User Story Writing
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with program stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Develop user personas, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and functional specifications supporting mobile authentication, enrollment, account recovery, proxy access, and partner application integration.
- Analyze existing workflows and system processes to identify gaps, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD, 9 years with HS Diploma.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
- Experience as a Business Analyst on federal government programs; strong analytical and documentation skills.
Additional Details:
- This is a 100% remote role supporting the Department of Defense's ICAM platform.
- Target salary range $51,000 - $82,000 per year based on experience and location.
