Principal Accountabilities:
- Lead and develop virtual program teams, to drive accountability.
- Collaborate with the Global Account Lead to grow strong partnerships.
- Serve as the principal customer liaison and executive point of contact.
Financial Ownership:
- Own program P&L elements (budget, margin, cash flow).
- Drive change orders/contract amendments, ensure cost/schedule/quality targets.
- Conduct scenario planning.
Program Progress Monitoring:
- Oversee milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies.
- Track progress and identify risks, gaps, or roadblocks early.
- Report performance to internal ELT and clients as requested.
