Architect BD Operations:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and roll out the internal processes.
- Assess, negotiate, close, track, and manage the performance of Life360 partnerships.
- Partner with BD Leads and key stakeholders to scope and assess incoming partner opportunities.
End-to-End Deal Execution:
- Lead the program management of complex deals from mid-stage negotiation through to final closing.
- Ensure the right stakeholders are in the room and that decision-making is streamlined.
- Key risks are identified and mitigated.
Post-Signing Integration & Delivery:
- Act as the primary lead for post-deal (non-technical) integration, alongside the BD Leads and the Technical Program Manager.
- Assist in translating contractual milestones into actionable workstreams to ensure teams are resourced and timelines are met.
- Conduct regular partnership reviews, including performance assessments at both a partner and program level.
