Director of Inside Sales

The Director of Inside Sales at Jitterbit is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader passionate about sales and team success. In this fully remote role, you'll oversee the North America ISR sales team, guiding small deals and personnel management to drive outstanding results. You will manage the North American BDR team. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of sales management experience and a stellar track record in sales, ranking in the top 5%-10% of their peers over at least 5 years. The goal will be to surpass quotas by winning new SMB logos, expanding existing accounts and propelling the BDR team to hit and exceed SQL monthly targets. You'll collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Enterprise AEs, and Customer Success teams.
