Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing end users, contractors, and engineers.
- Provide engineers and end users with professional product recommendations and technical support.
- Take initiative in scheduling customer meetings and coordinating product presentations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience within the water and wastewater industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven skills in consultative selling, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
- Ability and willingness to travel in an assigned territory (Upstate NY).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/customer relationship management software preferred.
