Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing end users, contractors, and engineers.
  • Provide engineers and end users with professional product recommendations and technical support.
  • Take initiative in scheduling customer meetings and coordinating product presentations.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience within the water and wastewater industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven skills in consultative selling, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

Requirements:

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
  • Ability and willingness to travel in an assigned territory (Upstate NY).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/customer relationship management software preferred.
