Job Description
As an Account Director of Platform Partnerships, you will play a key role in managing and strengthening our most strategic relationships with leading social platforms including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of driving business growth through API integrations, partner enablement, and technical ecosystem expansion. In this cross-functional role, you will develop and execute platform strategies that accelerate revenue, elevate partner satisfaction, and reinforce our position as an industry leader.
You will lead executive-level negotiations with key strategic platform partners, collaborating closely with partnership, sales, account, and vertical leadership teams. You will act as the primary point of contact for our revenue-driving platform partners, fostering strong, trust-based relationships and gaining a deep understanding of their business goals and objectives. You will also develop and execute customized success and go-to-market (GTM) plans for each partner, aligning on clear goals and outcomes while strategically expanding Laterโs presence within each platformโs ecosystem. Serve as the โVoice of the Customerโ, ensuring partner needs, insights, and feedback are clearly and effectively communicated across the organization to drive alignment and continuous improvement. You will serve as a thought leader and company ambassador at industry events, conferences, and key partner meetings including QBRs.
