Job Description
The Business Development Specialist (BDS) supports LSA’s Sales strategy by generating high-value leads in mid-market and above tiers across all sectors. The BDS role will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution, and support LSA’s growth objectives.
Responsibilities include conducting outreach activity via phone, email, identifying potential new business opportunities, and ensuring a smooth handoff of leads to sales reps. The role will also qualify inbound leads from web traffic and other sources, manage the full sales cycle for small-tier accounts, assist with marketing and demand generation campaigns, and prepare formal analyses and reports for management. The BDS must also maintain CRM data and provide feedback to refine lead-generation strategies.
