Job Description
The Sales Success Manager, Home Care will be responsible for a comprehensive onboard training program and continued mentorship for the Home Care Acquisition Manager (HCAM) and the Customer Success Manager (CSM) teams. This individual is a skilled facilitator and coach that will focus on rapid onboarding, structured training, and mentorship, providing clear expectations, personalized coaching, and opportunities for success.
As part of the Home Care onboarding team, they are responsible for ensuring training content and methods remain up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with APFM values, business needs and selling best practices. This individual may also support training for corporate team members.
