Elevated Tech Support:
-Escalate and resolve complex technical issues beyond standard support.
-Monitor support interactions and serve as an internal advocate for customers.
-Proactively escalate customer issues as needed.
Customer Success:
-Ensure customers effectively utilize Huntress products to achieve business objectives.
-Provide post-sales training to customers.
-Identify opportunities for additional products and expansion.
Technical Sales Enablement:
-Participate in events to lead training sessions on product usage and best practices.
Partner/Customer Technical Advocacy:
-Advocate for partner/customer needs within the Huntress organization.
-Act as a link between customers and PM by relaying feedback for product improvements.
Training/Onboarding:
-Work with customers through onboarding to establish a positive working relationship.
-Ensure adoption of the product and accelerate time to value.
-Develop an understanding of customers’ business needs and educate them on how they can improve their security posture.
