Lead Product Manager

Continuous Discovery:

• Sit in on sales and customer calls, review call recordings, and talk to users directly to find the problem behind each request.
• Develop deep knowledge of FlowFuse customers and the industrial IoT domain, and keep that knowledge current.

Owning the Area Roadmap:

• Hold the one-to-three-year view for the area and break it into work that ships in the current sprint.
• Triage the backlog and incoming ideas, prioritize, sequence, and move work into sprints.

Running the Area Day to Day:

• Own the backlog and near-term roadmap, making real prioritization calls and sequencing upcoming sprints.
• Ensure the engineering squad trusts their tickets and is unblocked quickly.

Writing Exacting Specifications:

• Produce precise, technical, unambiguous GitHub issues that leave no room for guesswork.
• Write the spec and ticket directly; what is written is what gets built, without reliance on a PM/designer/engineer trio.
