Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned sales territory accounts by building strong customer relationships.
  • Identify decision makers, prospecting new customers, and meeting/exceeding sales and gross profit targets.
  • Develop and negotiate customer agreements, pricing, and supply terms within company guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline, plus three (3) years of technical sales and/or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of company product lines and specifications.
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
