Job Description

Your goal is clear: significantly scale lemlist's revenue in the US, transforming it from our #2 market (currently 20% of our revenue) into our leading market. You'll strategically build and develop our sales-led motion on top of our robust product-led model, owning the growth, structure, and performance of the entire sales organization in the US. This is your chance to craft the future of sales at lemlist, driving our regional ARR from $6M to $50M within 3 years. Key responsibilities include building and leading a world-class sales team, optimizing revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, ensuring a customer-centric approach, collaborating cross-functionally, driving customer acquisition efficiency, and fostering an entrepreneurial culture. This role will grow US ARR from $6M to $50M within 4 years and deliver consistently outstanding customer experiences.
