Regional Asset Protection Manager, Midwest

Shrink Reduction and Operational Excellence:

• Analyze inventory shrink results and collaborate with retail operations to develop strategies for external theft, internal theft, fraud, and operational errors.
• Conduct risk assessments and site vulnerability evaluations to protect employees, guests, merchandise, and property.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly Asset Protection summaries with trend analysis of key performance indicators.

Data, Technology and Artificial Intelligence:

• Use exception-based reporting, POS data, RFID, CCTV, and AI-enabled tools to detect theft, fraud, and emerging risks.
• Apply AI as a force multiplier to enhance analysis, pattern recognition, and preventive strategies while ensuring responsible use.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to test and deploy new technologies for shrink, security, and safety improvements.

Investigations:

• Proactively identify and investigate internal and external theft, fraud, organized retail crime, and integrity concerns.
• Conduct interviews with subjects and witnesses, and prepare clear investigative reports in compliance with legal requirements.
• Partner with law enforcement and industry organizations to resolve cases and implement corrective actions.
