Job Description

As a Principal Platform Architect, you will be part of the Customer Outcomes team. Our purpose is to accelerate platform adoption and improve customer outcomes through a portfolio of services, delivered by consultants, using our ecosystem of partners, leading practices, methodologies and tools based on experiences from customer engagements. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with business leaders to understand the clientโ€™s vision and how ServiceNow plays in their digital transformation journey. You will translate business objectives to outcomes through the visual customer roadmap and interact with customer architecture personnel to translate business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint. This involves positioning ServiceNow as the system of action to enable the integrated digital transformation roadmap, establishing and advising on the technical governance related domains and associated processes, and driving solid platform health by reviewing and guiding the remediation of configurations and customizations. The ideal candidate will possess consulting experience (Big 4, Strategy Firm) or OEM software or Cloud company, with 3+ years of experience in management consulting leadership roles focused on technology. They must have enterprise architecture experience and the ability to guide large Consulting/SI organizations.
