Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of 4-10 software engineers working on real-time data collection, processing, streaming, and AI features.
• Foster a healthy team culture of trust, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute hands-on to design and problem-solving, and drive improvements in reliability and performance.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years in a management role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Go, Python, Javascript, or Java.
• Strong understanding of backend services, distributed systems, data pipelines, and cloud-native practices.
