Manager, Software Engineering

What you'll do:

• You will lead and grow a global engineering team to build next-generation APM agents.
• You will leverage open source tools like OpenTelemetry to acquire data for application performance monitoring.
• You will build processes ensuring reliability, scalability, and execution across teams.

What we're looking for:

• You have 4+ years of experience leading people and teams, 10+ years in Software Engineering.
• You have a proven track record of leading and scaling strong technical teams.
• You have experience with backend languages like Java and Node, and data analysis.
