Own the strategy and P&L for MRO and PD Services, driving sustainable growth, margin expansion, and customer loyalty. Develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and value propositions that align with customer needs and profitability goals. Serve as the executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment between service delivery, innovation, and business outcomes. Lead high-performing teams across MRO and PD functions to deliver reliable, efficient, and innovative service solutions. Champion a growth mindset across the team—balancing technical depth with commercial excellence.
