About the role:
- Be the analytical engine behind growth bets, owning problems from framing to action.
- Report directly to the Director of BizOps and drive decision-making.
What you will do:
- Identify high-impact challenges and drive analysis to clear recommendations.
- Build financial models to forecast strategy impacts and measure performance.
- Partner with senior leaders to answer hard questions and surface new insights.
Who we are looking for:
- BS/MS in quantitative field with 4+ years in data analytics, consulting, or investment banking.
- Expertise in SQL, Excel, and strong statistical skills; Python/R preferred.
- Thrive in ambiguity, move fast with rigor, and hold yourself to high intellectual honesty.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $120,000-$135,000 depending on experience.
