As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Sauce, you’ll be the first voice a restaurant hears. Your job is to start the conversation: identify the right prospects, spark their curiosity, and set up high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll be part of a fast-moving sales team that’s redefining how restaurants think about delivery. You'll prospect daily via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to restaurants that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), personalize outreach to help prospects understand how Sauce’s 0% commission model and delivery tech can solve real problems, qualify leads based on business model, cuisine type, delivery volume, and online presence. You'll book meetings that convert, update the CRM consistently with notes, next steps, and task completion, collaborate with AEs and sales leaders to refine messaging and improve targeting strategies, and follow up creatively and persistently with warm leads. You’ll be measured on meetings booked and accepted by AEs, Lead-to-meeting conversion rate, Qualified opportunity creation, CRM activity, task follow-through, and pipeline hygiene.
