About the Role:

  • This role sits at the intersection of product engineering, experimentation, and user journey optimization, focused on helping users discover value faster.
  • You will lead a high-performing, globally distributed engineering team responsible for improving acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization through data-driven experimentation.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead, hire, and develop a high-performing Growth engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering stakeholders to define and deliver initiatives that improve user acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion.
  • Own end-to-end delivery for growth initiatives, including planning, prioritization, execution, and measurement of experiment-driven outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing engineering or product engineering teams, ideally in growth, product-led, or experimentation-driven environments.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to guide fullstack engineering decisions and architectural discussions.
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional environments with Product, Design, Data, and Analytics teams.
