The Executive & Personal Virtual Assistant will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and personal support to the President of a managed IT services company. Key responsibilities include managing email, coordinating calendars, arranging travel, pulling monthly financials, conducting research, and assisting with light project management tasks. The role also involves managing personal errands, coordinating with household staff, and assisting with family logistics, such as creating grocery lists and suggesting weekend activities. Must have 3–4+ years of executive or senior administrative assistant experience. Proven ability to work independently, think critically, and anticipate needs along with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
