Role and Responsibilities:
- Bridge strategic HR initiatives with daily operational excellence across a diverse organization.
- Partner with leaders to design people strategies that foster a high-performance culture and enhance employee experience.
Key Duties:
- Develop and deploy training materials and process maps to educate the organization on standard protocols.
- Leverage HRIS tools to automate the job-description lifecycle for recruitment and compliance.
- Facilitate training for Leadership Development Programs and monthly Manager's Forums.
Compliance and Analytics:
- Serve as HR compliance liaison to handle employee issues and policy questions thoughtfully.
- Draft investigative reports documenting findings and recommended disciplinary actions.
- Maintain dashboards and tracking mechanisms to monitor HR KPIs and support business objectives.
