Our Business Recruiting function is highly structured and performance driven where everyone is an architect of their own career path. As the recruiting partner, we aim to take it even higher with recruiting exceptional talent. You ideally have worked in a tech product space w/in business recruiting managing high volume end to end recruiting and have a strong passion for building great teams with a heavy emphasis on company culture and candidate experience. Partner with the recruiting and hiring managers to understand priority roles, position profile, and search calibration for our Business/Post Sales teams. You will manage high volume full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, closing) for the Business/Post Sales org. Source and build strong talent pipelines resulting in a great top of funnel. Consistently strive to exceed all aspects of the recruiting KPIs and individual targets. Maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for all open roles.
