Job Description

As the Manager, Partner Success, you will operate as the primary point of contact for our channel partners, orchestrating the customer journey and ensuring alignment, engagement, and joint success. Responsibilities include driving partner program metrics, managing support issues, delivering training sessions, and acting as the 'voice of the partner'. You will also facilitate partner Quarterly Business Reviews to ensure ongoing strategic alignment. Additionally you will leverage industry knowledge to build our Partner Success playbooks and processes, collaborate with enablement to develop partner training, and define, implement, and track partner program KPIs. You will define job responsibilities, metrics, and qualifications for the Partner Success team and hire, grow, and retain the team that will support our partner program. In collaboration with our GTM teams, define our messaging and approach to expanding our partner footprint and assist with DoiT Cloud Intelligence demos and evaluations in support of partner ecosystem growth.
