Responsibilities:
- Provide direct supervision and coaching to Housing Navigators.
- Lead operational oversight, monitoring team workflows and member engagement.
- Conduct quality assurance, including chart audits and compliance checks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housing navigation or social services.
- Strong knowledge of housing programs and tenancy support.
- Experience supervising teams and providing coaching.
