Chief of Staff, Office of the CTO - Mexico

About the Role:

• Work directly with the CTO and Co-Founder, Greg Keller.
• Bridge strategy and execution across Engineering, Security, and Product.
• Engage with senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage programs tied to corporate objectives and metric reporting.
• Drive communication cadence for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual highlights.
• Lead M&A operations and cross-functional preparation for senior leadership meetings.

• Experience partnering with C-level executives or founders.
• Exceptional operational, organizational, and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to solving problems and managing uncertainty.

Location & Culture:

• This role is remote in Mexico and requires English fluency.
