Seeking a B2B Support Consultant with experience in IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM, Tidal TWA, AIX, Linux Server, SFTP Server, and Unix scripting. Responsibilities include maintaining scheduled services and working in a high data flow environment. The candidate should have two years of customer service experience in claims management or insurance environment. Must have strong analytical and interpretive skills, excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high change environment. The candidate should also have knowledge of networking protocols, FTP, and SFTP, as well as file encryption software.
