GTM Enablement Manager

About the Role:

• Apollo is looking for a GTM Enablement Manager who enjoys translating technical concepts into language the field can use with confidence.
• You'll own the strategy, content, and delivery that equip the field to sell and support Apollo's customers.
• Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Field leadership.

What You'll Do:

• Design and own enablement strategy end-to-end, building role-based learning paths for AEs, SEs, and CSMs.
• Build a new-hire onboarding program from scratch, focused on minimizing ramp time and time-to-productivity.
• Lead go-to-market readiness for major product releases, working with Product Marketing to turn messaging into use-case narratives.
