Role Overview:
- As the Senior Sales Enablement Manager, you will build and ship our enablement system.
- This is a hands-on individual contributor role owning strategy and execution of programs.
What You'll Do:
- Up-level GTM onboarding and ramp program with role plays and certification gates.
- Produce core field asset kit: discovery guides, pitch narrative, competitive briefs, and more.
- Own and run weekly GTM enablement sessions and MEDDPICC rollout.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years in sales enablement within B2B SaaS.
- Experience building and scaling enablement programs from the ground up.
- Working fluency in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
