What You'll Do:
- Content production: Ship the recurring content on schedule including the biweekly newsletter, monthly data report, and platform change log.
- Event execution: Own customer-facing events end-to-end from venue booking to day-of logistics and post-event follow-up.
- Multiply program impact: Proactively extract more value from each asset and shape how these programs grow.
Who You Are:
- You have 2+ years in event planning or Marketing coordination with hands-on production and logistics experience.
- You've produced recurring content on a deadline and run events start to finish, including venue and vendor booking.
- You coordinate cleanly across writers, SMEs, and vendors, and move work forward without being managed.
