Job Description
We’re looking for someone who blends financial acumen with operational drive — a hands-on operator who can partner with Operations Team, COO & Leadership to run the business side of Alpen Labs as we scale from Seed to Series A. You’ll bring the discipline of finance and the adaptability of a startup generalist to build scalable systems for decision-making, reporting, and growth
Key Responsibilities include Finance & Strategy (forecasting, burn modelling, and investor reporting), owning day-to-day finance ops, and developing the company’s first integrated financial model.
Also Business Operations & Scaling (design and implement scalable processes for planning, decision-making, and accountability), Partnering with founders and function leads on cross-functional initiatives and driving key operational projects from 0 → 1.
