Senior Business System Analyst – AI Enablement (Remote)

The Senior Business Systems Analyst – AI Enablement will spearhead the implementation, integration, governance, and adoption of enterprise AI tools. With solutions like Glean, Microsoft Copilot, Responsive RFP, and others existing and emerging tools, this role will ensure these technologies are seamlessly embedded into daily operations and continue to deliver measurable business value. This individual will act as both strategic program owner and execution lead, working cross-functionally with IT, internal teams, and tool ambassadors to drive impactful AI-enabled transformation. The role involves platform integration and ownership, enablement, training & adoption, AI governance & security, measurement & value realization, and innovation & use case development. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT, product ownership, or digital transformation with experience managing or deploying AI-powered tools in a corporate environment.
