Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with teams and customers to implement student receivable and eCommerce solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert and consultant on higher education projects.
- Develop and maintain complex product documentation, in partnership with product management and engineering.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in Higher Education (Student Accounts or Financial Aid preferred).
- Knowledge of Higher Education ERPs- PeopleSoft, Banner, Colleague, and Workday.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and oral).
