New Enrollment Advisor

Hazel Health is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to expand their mission by driving enrollment of children referred for mental health needs. The advisor will engage with parents to communicate the value of Hazel’s virtual therapy program and guide them through the enrollment process. This involves complex consultative dialogues with parents from diverse backgrounds and requires comfort with sensitive topics. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed documentation, participating in training, and making 40-50 calls daily. The ideal candidate possesses high emotional intelligence, organizational skills, and a passion for equitable access to mental healthcare. Hazel Health is a virtual healthcare provider partnering with school districts across the country to deliver therapy and medical services, with the aim to remove all barriers to the mental and physical health care that children need to thrive.
