Business Architect

Role Overview:

• Interpret and contextualize strategy to execution using business capability assessments and strategic roadmaps.
• Partner with business, product, and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with the 2030 vision.
• Drive roadmaps for capability-driven investment allocations and identify simplification opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide thought leadership to stakeholders in building a forward-looking business capability map.
• Simplify the business environment by identifying shared capabilities and optimizing processes.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop a strong understanding of supported capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Distribution preferred; applied understanding of Business Architecture in a large-scale enterprise.
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills; knowledge of agile development and value stream mapping.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and drive solutions with an experimental mindset.
