About the Role:
- Conduct discovery sessions, lead workshops, and help clients understand their own business better.
- Treat onboarding ramp as an opportunity, not a detour.
- Travel onsite with clients a few times per quarter for workshops and key sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate business process workshops and discovery sessions.
- Lead journey mapping and stakeholder interviews.
- Partner with Technical Leads to hand off well-documented functional specs.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Demonstrated experience running workshops with business stakeholders.
- Strong communicator who can listen well and ask the right follow-up questions.
