Placement Specialist

British American Household Staffing (BAHS) is seeking an experienced and intuitive placement specialist to join our close-knit team. This is a remote position for someone who thrives in a self-directed environment and is excited about helping exceptional domestic professionals find long-term roles with ultra-high-net-worth families. As a Placement Specialist, you will match top-tier domestic staff with UHNW clients across the country and internationally. You will consult with clients to understand their unique staffing needs, household dynamics, and hiring preferences. You’ll also coordinate and manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, vetting, interviewing, presenting candidates, scheduling trials, and negotiating offers. The role also involves building and maintaining strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and attention to detail, and identifying opportunities to improve internal processes.
