The Human Resources Learning & Development team is seeking an experienced team member to support training delivery efforts across EMEA as a Staff Learning & Development Specialist. This role involves supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning programs aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to define training plans, developing a comprehensive L&D strategy, and working with cross-functional teams to roll out training solutions. You will also deliver learning programs using various instructional methods, manage leadership development programs, coordinate new employee orientation, and evaluate training programs for improvements. Staying current on learning technologies and fostering a culture of continuous learning are essential aspects of this role.
