Job Description
Samsara is seeking an Inside Sales Director to join our passionate, high-energy, and fast-moving sales team. You’ll lead and support our Managers and Account Executives focusing on commercial US organizations. You will have a consistent track record of ability to hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team.
In this role, you will coach a team of 6-8 sales managers on sales strategy, pipeline reviews and achieve quarterly targets and hire new managers and account executives and provide both onboarding and ongoing coaching to ensure their growth and success. You will also work cross-functionally to strategically solve problems and project manage, create content for ongoing training and development, and support managers and account executives through professional development plans. You will champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally and across new offices.
