About the Role:

• You will own the engine behind Laminar's Salesforce Expert Network, sourcing and engaging top Salesforce talent.
• You will screen, match, and staff consultants to customer engagements while building trusted relationships.
• You will run network operations including managing the talent database and coordinating onboarding.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-4+ years in technical recruiting, talent operations, staffing, or marketplace operations.
• Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem, including roles, certifications, and partner landscape.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with comfort building structure where none exists.
