Technical Recruiter — IT & Enterprise Technology

Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technology roles at every level, from analyst and engineer through senior leadership and VP.
• Run intake meetings with hiring managers and IT leaders and build sourcing strategies for niche technical skill sets.
• Screen candidates for technical fit and manage them through interviews, offers, and close.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting with a demonstrated focus on IT and enterprise technology roles.
• Proven experience recruiting for application architecture, Salesforce (developers, architects, admins, CPQ or Service Cloud), and platform or cloud engineering roles.
• Strong sourcing skills including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and passive-candidate outreach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior in-house or RPO experience supporting a large enterprise or CPG/consumer goods company.
• Experience recruiting for enterprise application environments (Salesforce, SAP, integration and middleware).
• Executive search or VP-level technology hiring experience.
