Senior Technical Recruiter

What You'll Do:

• Own full-cycle searches for R&D/technical roles, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Manage a full desk of priority reqs and keep candidates moving within hiring SLAs.
• Partner with the Head of TA to turn approved headcount into recruiting plans.

What You'll Bring:

• Full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech, filling senior IC and manager roles.
• Hands-on experience with structured interviewing, Greenhouse, and ATS workflows.
• Comfort having direct, kind conversations with hiring managers.
